This group meets weekly. The workshop consists of 4 sessions guided by a facilitator. It is designed to assist individuals who are mourning the loss of a loved one. Each week we will focus on a different aspect of the grieving process and you will have the opportunity to share and support one another. This program is design so that an individual can join the program at any time.
